Do you have MEP specialty contractor virtual design and construction (VDC), design/detailing, and/or project management experience and are you looking to join a sales organization that will leverage your skills and experience?
What You Will Do
This role is responsible for evangelizing, promoting and selling Trimble’s industry leading Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Project Management software solutions to new prospective and existing customers within their territory. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You will own, manage, and drive the full sales cycle from the first contact through negotiation/close
Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations at customer business location or via online remote meetings
Prospect and uncover qualified sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, warm calling, targeted email campaigns, and social media campaigns.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Minimum 4 year degree, technical degree strongly preferred
Must have MEP specialty contractor design/detailing (VDC) and/or project management experience
Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience, ideally in software
Must communicate extremely well (including technical concepts) both engagingly and succinctly, verbally and in writing
Easily and confidently navigate Microsoft Office and Google’s suite of tools
Experience working in Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
The ideal candidate has experience with one of the following solutions:
Revit and AutoCad
SysQue or eVolve
Autodesk’s Fabrication Suite
Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Salary: DOE , Salary + Commission, 160k - 175K OTE
