PX Manager - Romania

Trimble has an opportunity for a People Experience (PX) Manager in Romania. Romania is a Center of Excellence for the development of new technology and is critical to Trimble’s overall success.

This is a management position that currently has one direct report. The right person for this role will have senior-level business partnering experience; strategic-level thinking; and hands-on problem-solving, paired with the ability to work independently and in international organisations.

Role Purpose

As the PX Manager you will provide leadership for both strategic and day-to-day PX responsibilities, including but not limited to: employee relations, talent acquisition and management, total reward systems, performance management, learning and development, change management, organizational development, leadership coaching, succession planning, and data tracking and analytics. The successful candidate will champion the needs of the business while operating in a balanced and collaborative way within the constructs of the broader matrixed company and the worldwide PX team.

• Ability to coach at all levels within the organization -- influencing, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to a constantly changing business environment

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with HR/management emphasis or related field, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Experienced HR Manager preferably within a global high-tech organization, preferable gained within an international HR environment.

• Fluency in Romanian and English
