Join the TomTom Customer Experience team as a Process Quality Management Intern!
In this exciting 6-month internship, you will leverage your analytical skills and passion for technology to help improve Change & Quality Management processes, ensuring a seamless experience for TomTom’s users. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams, utilizing AI tools to enhance traceability and visualize value flows while gaining exposure to Product and Program Management methodologies in a dynamic, product-led environment.
What you'll do
- Write and structure documentation for Change & Quality Management processes for Platform Products.
- Use AI agents to assist Product and Engineering stakeholders in traceability and visualization of the end-user value flow.
- Coach Product Teams across TomTom on effectively visualizing the end-user value flow.
- Experience Product Management and Program Management methodologies in a product-led business environment.
- Contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement to the team, TomTom, and our customers.
- Possibly lead a small internal project aimed at enhancing our Change & Quality processes.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline with proven knowledge of data analytics.
- Leadership behaviour with a strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and planning skills.
- An open and proactive self-starter attitude with a passion for technology and software systems.
- Data analytics background with a strong (agentic) AI component.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Product Management methodologies in a software and services context (Agile, Lean) is preferred.
- Experience with JIRA / PowerBI is a plus, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
