We’re looking for an intern for the People Communications team to work on internal communications and employer branding: everything we do to connect with TomTom’ers and future TomTom’ers.
What you'll do:
- Brainstorm creative ideas to communicate with our people and potential candidates
- Help develop communication plans for key moments, such as company Hackathon, company celebrations and breaking news
- Get involved in copywriting, image editing, video production and other content creation
- Support the team in publishing to our internal and external social channels including our newsletter, intranet, LinkedIn, Instagram and Glassdoor
- Be part of events organization, playing a role in bringing initiatives to life and driving engagement
- Gather measurements and offer insights into the performance of our communications and channels to enhance our data-led approach
What you'll need:
- EU citizenship or enrollment in a Dutch university for the whole duration of the internship (to meet work permit regulations)
- You have a knack for project management and content creation
- Your English is almost flawless
- You have great communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- You are very proactive, creative and have an eye for detail
- Enrollment in a relevant program (e.g. marketing, media communication, HR)
- Be familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
