What you’ll do
- Lead the People Communications function: Manage communications specialists that drive and execute what is shared with employees and with potential future TomTom’ers. Take ownership of the strategy, development and continuous improvement of People Communications as a function within TomTom.
- Lead Internal Communications: Craft and deliver communications that keep employees informed, engaged, and inspired. Oversee internal channels, campaigns, and content that bring clarity and connection across the organization.
- Drive leadership communication: Partner with senior leaders to create authentic, impactful messages for key moments such as All Hands, organizational updates, and transformation initiatives.
- Strengthen Employer Branding: Develop and bring to life our Employer Value Proposition to showcase TomTom’s culture and values. Lead storytelling initiatives and social campaigns to attract and retain top talent.
- Act as a strategic connector: Ensure alignment across People teams and the business by embedding communication practices that reflect agility, customer-centricity, and our vision for the future.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in Internal Communications and Employer Branding within a global organization.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on ability to manage campaigns and measure impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leadership.
- Familiarity with HR operating models and change communication is a plus.
- Experience building high-performing teams and managing people in a fast-paced environment
