What you'll do
  • Operation and management of the ServiceNow system: processing incidents and requests, reporting facility issues, and monitoring repair progress;
  • Ensuring efficient document flow – registering and organizing incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Receiving, distributing, and sending courier and postal shipments;
  • Organizing meetings and office events – booking meeting rooms, preparing spaces, and ordering catering;
  • Managing office supplies – ordering office and kitchen products;
  • Coordinating cooperation with external service providers (e.g., cleaning services, maintenance personnel, suppliers);
  • Supporting the facility team in the execution of ongoing tasks and projects;
  • Delivering onboarding presentations for new employees;
  • Maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of office spaces (meeting rooms, kitchen, open space);
  • Managing access to the office and providing day-to-day support to employees;
  • Assisting with the implementation of office-related projects and improvements to enhance employee and guest experience.
What you'll need
  • Very good command of Polish (C1/C2) and English (minimum B2), both spoken and written;
  • High sense of responsibility, conscientiousness, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems;
  • Openness, energy, and a proactive, initiative-driven attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset;
  • Hands-on and practical approach to daily office operations;
