As an intern, you’ll collaborate in our engineering team to develop and deliver large scale data processing systems, maintain and improve existing solutions and deliver meaningful changes to support our mission.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with engineers to implement, test, and maintain exciting new features, ensuring successful delivery through teamwork and dedication.
- Create comprehensive automated tests alongside your feature developments, taking pride in your work from inception to deployment, including addressing any defects.
- Actively contribute to maintaining software quality and architectural integrity by designing modular and maintainable features and frameworks, executing refactoring improvements, and upholding high standards through code reviews.
- Work closely with other teams within TomTom.

What you’ll need:
- You are eligible to work for 32 or 40 hours per week for 6 months, starting from September 2025.
- Registered in a university for the whole duration of the internship as a Computer science student or within a similar field.
- Knowledge of computer science and algorithms fundamentals.
- You have some knowledge and experience in Objected Oriented Design (OOD). Java or other modern OO language knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in cloud (AWS or Azure) and familiarity with DevOps is a plus.
- Knowledge of macOS or Git would be advantageous.
