We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT System Engineer to manage and optimize endpoint devices, security, and performance. This role focuses on Windows and Mac endpoints, mobile device management (MDM), patching, and security compliance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Intune, Patch My PC, and vulnerability management solutions.
What you'll do
  • Endpoint and Mobile Device Management: Configure, manage, and maintain Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices. Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and configuration profile management. Optimize endpoint performance, security, and user experience across hybrid and cloud environments. Configure and enforce mobile application policies and security settings.
  • Patch Management and Security Compliance: Automate and manage patch deployments for software and OS updates using Intune and Patch My PC. Monitor and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities through timely patching. Enforce security measures, including antivirus, encryption, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Conduct regular device audits to maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the security team to identify and mitigate endpoint vulnerabilities.
  • Automation and Troubleshooting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to streamline endpoint management tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint and MDM-related issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining the roadmap and device management: Managing printer configuration and settings over the network. Occasionally participating in benchmarks and testing of new equipment (laptops/peripherals/systems). Keeping track of MSFT (Windows) and Apple (macOS) roadmaps and in a timely manner anticipate and plan work related to these roadmap items.
What you'll need
  • Proven experience managing Windows endpoint devices in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of: Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11 endpoint configuration and security, PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security best practices and compliance standards.

  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving endpoint-related challenges
Nice to have
  • Certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management tools and processes.
  • Experience with macOS and Apple device management.
  • Understanding of ITSM frameworks and ticketing systems.
