As part of the Marketing Operations team at TomTom, you will be helping the team with the running marketing strategic and integrated marketing initiatives on a global scale. You will also be supporting projects for our content studio and running smaller projects with the guidance of the team. You will gain plenty of experience in stakeholder management, communication and you will be able to help us shape the future of TomTom’s brand. Fluency in English is a must, with additional languages and experience with Hive project management tool as advantageous additions.
What you'll do:
  • Support Strategic Marketing Projects: Support the team with global integrated marketing initiatives; from initial marketing strategy to creative brief and concept, through to final execution of creative deliverables across multiple marketing communications touch points (on- and/or offline).
  • Support Content Studio Projects: Help the team with stakeholder management and collaboration across teams within the Marketing Department and other parts of the organization.
  • Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with Traffic Manager and In-house Creative Team to ensure projects adhere to stakeholder requirements and meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Lead Smaller Projects: Lead specific projects from intake to publishing and ensuring the Operations Team is aware of statuses.
What you'll need:
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • To be pro-active, motivated, adaptable, driven to learn and open-minded
  • Have a structured way of working
  • An eye for detail
  • You should be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
  • You are an EU citizen in a university or enrolled in a Dutch university.
  • An affinity for (location) tech and software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
What you can expect:
  • 1100 Euros/month (gross salary based on full-time work)
