The impact you will make
  • Manage a regional marketing budget and calendar to drive the planning and execution of regional or account-centric events, webinars, and other field-specific efforts, including management of sub-contractors for press/event/etc.
  • Collaborate with our global marketing to drive a cohesive brand awareness in the market while generating new ideas and strategies to drive growth.
  • Work directly with sales and product marketing to turn market intelligence into key target audience segmentation.
  • Manage cross-functional key stakeholders to support regional efforts, including product marketing content needs, campaign and creative strategy, channel expertise, and website optimization to help with localization efforts.
  • Build co-marketing with OEMs for their launch in EU, ie prepare all the material that they include in their own marketing launch material (tutorials, videos, descriptions for booklets etc).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategy tailored to the Chinese market, utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze lead generation performance metrics, including volume, quality, and conversion rates based on a robust pipeline of leads.
What you will need
  • 7+ years of field/regional/revenue marketing experience in B2B automotive industry, technology and/or IT services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills; you are able to clearly communicate a plan and implement it through influence and indirect management where necessary.
  • Mastery of both Chinese and English; bonus if you have Japanese/Korean language proficiencies.
  • Ability to travel to support in-region events when required.
  • Proactiveness: you are a self-starter and are not afraid to take initiative. This is a key hire for our team and has a lot of potential for impact.
