We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the Location Referencing products and Application Map component within our Traffic and Travel Information product unit. In this role, you will drive and improve the integration of our real-time data products with TomTom’s key products like basemap, routing engine, navigation software and driver assistance system while supporting the key deliverables across major automotive and enterprise projects. Your focus will be on enhancing user experiences and operational efficiencies through strategic product leadership and technological innovation.
What you'll do
- Develop and refine the product strategy and vision for location referencing and application domain, aligning it with the upstream and downstream product lines
- Provide strategic direction and develop a clear vision for the location referencing and application map team, driving the definition of product quality and performance benchmarks
- Establish and implement metrics that monitor and drive product enhancements and operational efficiencies
- Support and deliver on key automotive and enterprise projects with clear documentation, tools and libraries that enhance developer experience
What you'll need
- 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager in technically complex software products, preferably in geospatial or automotive fields
- Strong capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in product strategy development, user experience optimization, and stakeholder management
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly to stakeholders
