What you'll do
- Act as a primary point of contact for selected strategic Enterprise customers and maintain relationships with decision-makers at the executive and management levels
- Exceed assigned quotas and other performance objectives
- Provide account leadership and direction in the post-sales process
- Partner with the customer program management team to drive implementations and high levels of adoption within customer accounts to ensure upsell potential and renewals
- Create and maintain account plans in alignment with the Vice President of Global Sales and execute the identified success criteria and playbooks
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction to ensure clients realize full value of working with TomTom
- Maintain the TomTom CRM regarding current deals, account activity, and revenue forecasts
- Build a strong product knowledge of TomTom Product offerings to provide high levels of client satisfaction and provide product feedback to the product teams
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Develop and deliver strategies that help drive our client’s business
What you'll need
- University degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
- 7 + years of experience in B2B sales/technical sales/product development/business development/licensing
- Successful track record in high velocity land and expanded go to market sales
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects - passionate about technology adoption
- Ability to create new and leverage established relationships within VP/C levels
- Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent team player
- Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Produce high-quality and accurate work consistently
- Ability to travel
