Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the Recruiter will thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environment where your expertise in identifying, assessing, and hiring top talent for our manufacturing and non-technical roles will be pivotal. Leveraging data insights and market intelligence, you will influence key business decisions and shape strategic initiatives. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success, ensuring we meet our product and revenue objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition while using data to drive decisions and outcomes, ensuring data informs all recruitment strategies.
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring teams and business leaders to define and articulate talent requirements and drive successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrate ownership of all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including interview training, process management, offer negotiation, and new-hire onboarding.
  • Provide the hiring team with expert guidance and consultation on the recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm while owning the candidate experience
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive hiring environment; sourcing and networking to build pipelines that support our diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Work with agency partners to achieve the level of contingent workforce to direct employees.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and market research to identify and engage high-potential passive candidates, ensuring a steady flow of top talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives and special projects aimed at enhancing the recruitment process, improving candidate experience, and driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience demonstrating ability in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Experience recruiting non-technical talent such as finance, facilities, human resources, legal, marketing, operations, business development, and manufacturing.
  • Experience with in-house, high-volume recruiting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software - ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Experience pursuing passive candidates through traditional sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • U.S. Person or lawful permanent resident to comply with U.S. government space technology export regulations.

Salary Range $80,000-$100,000

Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
