Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager-Operations Engineering, the Operations Analyst is responsible for updating and managing systematic records of inventory related to material forecasts, inventory accuracy, and operational performance. The ideal candidate has advanced skill sets in database management and driving continuous improvement within an ERP or MES system.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain KPIs for the Operations and Supply Chain Departments.
- Provide ADHOC analysis for the Operations and Supply Chain Management team.
- Database creation and configuration for technical implementations in coordination with IT.
- Coordinate and perform, when required, daily inventory transactions in the planning system.
- Participate in company internal audits and support customer audits as required.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement within department functions/areas.
- Support Finance and Internal Audit with inventory and manufacturing transactional record keeping.
- Manage on time order reports in support of internal procurement.
- Take all necessary training to maintain and build on current skills and knowledge of positions.
- Comply with all facility and operational safety and housekeeping regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, data science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ year experience managing data related to ERP systems such as Dynamics D365, SAP, or Oracle.
- Advanced User of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI.
- Understanding of query languages.
- Ability to support multiple tasks/objectives and balance priorities.
- Understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management for a vertically integrated operation.

Salary Range $80,000-$120,000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Work Environment
The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
