Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to join our growing team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for in the development and execution of human resources strategy and will provide leadership and direction to promote the company's critical priorities, culture, mission, and values. This role would lead a team of human resources business partners, payroll, benefits, and recruiting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to promote the company’s critical priorities, mission, values, and culture initiatives.
  • Align diversity and inclusion efforts with Terran Orbital’s values and business strategy.
  • Provide innovative people solutions to address complex business issues.
  • Translate the business strategy into a human capital strategy for competitive advantage.
  • Create a total rewards strategy to attract, motivate and retain.
  • Lead and execute a Pay for Performance management process including but not limited to performance evaluations, incentives, and recognition.
  • Develop a workforce planning forecast and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Accountable for talent management, learning and development and knowledge continuity efforts.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure and improve performance.
  • Partner across organizations to identify and streamline efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Ability to travel and work irregular and/or long hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to execute on HR related initiatives.
