Which is why we’re thrilled to be adding an Account Executive to our Sales team.Here’s what you’ll be working on:
  • Create a sales plan for targeting accounts/clients
  • Generate, nurture and guide leads through the sales process
  • Develop and foster a network, track, and communicate market trends
  • Forecast sales and provide reporting on sales plans
  • Develop, nurture, and grow existing relationships with customers and end users
  • Collaborate across teams such as product and technology to understand and accurately configure products and services to meet customer needs
  • Participate in customer and networking events, trade shows and training seminars to promote business relationships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers and the stakeholders
  • Achieve quarterly and annual quota
  • Drive new business and recurring business with customers

A good Account Executive at Synthetaic must have the following skills, knowledge, education and experience:
  • Experience in an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive role
  • Demonstrated experience executing on a go-to-market strategy and corporate or regional sales plan
  • Demonstrated sales success in a SaaS environment
  • Experience closing 6-7-figure deals
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
  • Permanent eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data

If you want to go above and beyond, bring these experiences to the table (these are not requirements):
  • Sales experience within a technology startup environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot
  • Experience closing 8-figure deals
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at our main headquarters in Delafield, WI
