HummingSat is the world’s first commercial telecom GEO SmallSat developed in collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA). Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting ERP and/or BI solutions.
• Proven experience in a business analyst role, with the ability to gather require-ments, map processes, and translate business needs into digital solutions; hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a strong asset.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and business process flows (e.g., supply chain, production, finance).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and structured ap-proach to issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Versatile and at ease with IT technologies.
• Fluent in English and French
• Curious and eager to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Intelligence (BI) Development

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using selected BI tools (e.g., Power BI).

Collaborate with stakeholders from Supply Chain, Production, Project Management, Top Management, Engineering, and Finance to define reporting needs and KPIs.

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and availability across the BI environment.

Implement and maintain appropriate access controls to ensure data is only visible to authorized users, in line with confidentiality requirements and company policies.

2. ERP Support

Act as a backup administrator for the ERP system, ensuring business continuity during the absence of the Business Applications Manager.

Support core ERP activities including user management, configuration, troubleshooting, and functional testing.

Assist in processing and implementing ERP change requests and enhancements in collaboration with business teams.

Contribute to user training, documentation, and the development of internal support procedures.

3. Departmental & Strategic Contributions

Collaborate closely with the Business Applications Manager to co-develop the vision and roadmap for the department’s evolution, including future tools (e.g., MRP, MES), process improvements, and team growth.

Act as a thought partner in shaping the digital landscape, with a focus on aligning tools and data flows to support operational efficiency and business performance.

Participate in workshops and strategic discussions with key stakeholders to identify pain points, evaluate digital needs, and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to the structuring of internal practices, documentation standards, and support models as the department scales.
