Manager, Influencer & Partnerships

Sunday is looking for a creative, analytical, and business-minded Manager, Influencer & Partnerships to scale our creator-driven growth across DTC and retail.
This role owns the strategy and execution for influencer, affiliate, and content partnership programs, building initiatives that combine storytelling, community, and measurable performance. Working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing, you will help prioritize where to focus impact, from long-term creator relationships and affiliate expansion to seeding, whitelisting, and new partnership models.
We are looking for someone with strong business acumen and a broad understanding of marketing who can see the big picture, align programs to overall growth goals, and focus on initiatives that truly move the business. You will build frameworks for testing, measurement, and optimization to ensure every initiative drives sustainable, scalable growth.
Key Focus Areas
Influencer Partnerships
- Develop and execute strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to drive DTC subscriptions and retail sell-through.
- Cultivate long-term creator partnerships that balance brand storytelling and measurable performance.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including outreach, negotiation, content approval, and reporting.
- Test new influencer formats, incentives, and programs to identify scalable growth drivers.
- Develop social collaboration partnerships with creators and platforms to co-create content and amplify reach.
Affiliate & Ambassador Programs
- Lead and expand Sunday’s affiliate and ambassador programs to grow performance-driven partnerships.
- Define KPIs and track ROI with Growth and Analytics teams.
- Explore new affiliate verticals and publishers that complement broader creator strategies.
Seeding & Community Growth
- Own product seeding strategy, from identifying high-potential creators to tracking downstream content and conversion impact.
- Build repeatable processes that turn seeding into a measurable growth lever.
- Leverage seeded content to generate UGC, inform creative, and support paid and organic campaigns.
Whitelisting & Paid Integration
- Partner with Paid Social to identify creators for whitelisting, UGC licensing, and paid amplification.
- Design and run structured test-and-learn frameworks to optimize creative performance and efficiency.
- Build a flywheel or repeatable system that leverages whitelisted content to continuously feed and scale the paid engine.
Brand Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand and Creative teams to ensure influencer and partnership activations align with overall brand strategy, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to integrate influencer and partnership programs into GTM initiatives, ensuring content and campaigns support product launches and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with PR and Lifecycle teams to amplify creator content across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Translate learnings into actionable insights that inform broader marketing strategy.
Retail Collaboration
- Partner with Retail and Growth teams to develop creator and affiliate programs that support retail sell-through and in-store/online campaigns.
- Align partnerships with key retail initiatives, launches, and seasonal moments.
- Share performance insights to optimize retail-focused programs and scale initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator partnerships at a consumer or DTC brand.
- Proven ability to build scalable, measurable programs that drive growth and brand equity.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of broader marketing functions, able to prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.
- Skilled at setting priorities and making tradeoffs in partnership with senior leadership.
- Analytical and creative, comfortable turning data into actionable insights and testing hypotheses.
- Relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
- Experience with data warehouses and data visualization tools.
- Curious with a growth mindset. You think like the CEO of your programs, owning strategy, execution, and results from end to end.
