What You’ll Do
- Developing and implementing common security policies, procedures and IT frameworks across Voyager Technologies
- Build a function that manages new office deployments, including procurement and deployment of hardware and software.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization and function to analyze business requirements and develop solutions for IT needs.
- Champion IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
- Participate in after-hours on-call support for computer, network and systems issues.
- Partner closely with other members of the Information Security team to lead changes in the company's network defense posture.
- This critical role requires a deep understanding of government contracting requirements, security regulations, and cutting-edge technology solutions

Who You Are:
- Strong technical knowledge of network and systems infrastructure and cloud services.
- 10+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 5 years in enterprise management roles.
- You have 10-15 years of experience in a highly dynamic role in a technology, defense, or aerospace company
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of managing IT projects and leading technical teams.
- High ownership with the horsepower to effectively manage multiple (3-5+) large projects and priorities in parallel, at a rapid pace, and report out on progress regularly.
- Proactive communication and polished interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in a Zero trust/beyond corporate environment.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and its application.
- You are highly analytical and love solving complex, cross-functional problems in a people’s centric way
- You are both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility

Salary Range: $190,000 - $220,000/year
