What You’ll Do

• Developing and implementing common security policies, procedures and IT frameworks across Voyager Technologies
• Build a function that manages new office deployments, including procurement and deployment of hardware and software.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization and function to analyze business requirements and develop solutions for IT needs.
• Champion IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support for computer, network and systems issues.
• Partner closely with other members of the Information Security team to lead changes in the company's network defense posture.
• This critical role requires a deep understanding of government contracting requirements, security regulations, and cutting-edge technology solutions
• The candidate must have a profound technical understanding of complex IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, with the ability to navigate and optimize multi-faceted, mission-critical technology solutions

Who You Are:

• You have 10-15 years of experience in a highly dynamic role in a technology, defense, or aerospace company
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of managing IT projects and leading technical teams.
• High ownership with the horsepower to effectively manage multiple (3-5+) large projects and priorities in parallel, at a rapid pace, and report out on progress regularly.
• Proactive communication and polished interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in a Zero trust/beyond corporate environment.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and its application.
• You are highly analytical and love solving complex, cross-functional problems in a people’s centric way
• You are both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility
• You are incredibly detail oriented and data-driven

Salary Range: $190,000 - $220,000/year
