We’re hiring an International Benefits Specialist to join the People Team, reporting to the International Benefits Senior Manager. We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth running of our international employee benefits programs.
What you'll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our team members to assist with Benefit related queries, and ensure positive interactions with local program providers as needed
Support benefits administration tasks including program memberships, portal management, reporting, and ad-hoc requests
Manage benefits communication with international team members across all communication channels (e-mail, Slack, intranet, etc.)
Evaluate and develop methods and tools for improving benefits administration processes
Engage with our benefits partners externally (consultants, brokers and insurance vendors) to support the successful management of our relationships and programs
Support the International Benefits team with annual plan renewals, program evaluation, vendor agreements, and implementation of Snap benefit plans, policies, and well-being initiatives
Administer and support with the management of monthly billing and payment of insurance/benefits invoices, including set-up of new vendors in the payment system, and account reconciliations
Administer employee time-off and leave requests, partner with cross functional teams to develop absence processes and polices, and configuration requests for Workday
Provide support in the design and management of leave programs across our countries
Partner with, and seek input from key partners including HRBP's, HRIS, Payroll, HR Compliance and Legal to ensure successful execution of programs
Assist with special global benefits administration projects
Stay up to date on current events in applicable countries including legislative and market developments
Assist in a variety of tasks which may involve research, creating presentations, maintaining databases and other duties as assigned
Collaborate with internal cross functional partners as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
Meaningful experience in benefits and leaves administration, benefits program management, human resources or other related fields in a multinational environment
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise with Workday as a HRIS system, with knowledge of Leave and Benefits modules
Experience of working with 3rd party benefit platforms
Proficient in Mac and Google applications (Drive, Sheets, Slides, and Docs)
Fluency in a 2nd European language, in addition to English as our main business language
