The Snapchat Product team combines creativity, research, data-driven insights, and operational excellence to shape the experiences that make Snapchat engaging and impactful for our global community. This team of Designers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Researchers, and Strategists works collaboratively across areas such as Core Growth, User Experience, Bitmoji, Augmented Reality, and Emerging Products. Together, they craft innovative solutions that enhance user connections, elevate content and AR experiences, and drive the growth and evolution of Snapchat's core platform.
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Product team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Lead the development and launch of innovative, high-quality products that drive impact across Snapchat’s platform, including experiences like Chat, Camera, Maps, Stories, Creative Tools, Friending, Content features, and more.
Originate novel and scalable ideas, nurturing them from concept to implementation while ensuring they have a clear path to growth and long-term success, even with limited resources.
Identify, resolve, and root-cause complex, high-impact problems, leveraging data and insights to design future-proof solutions that reduce operational burden and improve user experiences.
Develop and communicate a holistic strategy that unifies products in your area, advancing a long-term vision that aligns with Snap’s overall goals and mission.
Build trust and confidence with cross-functional teams and senior leadership by demonstrating deep expertise in customer needs, competitive trends, and metrics, and guiding the team to solutions for challenges beyond the horizon.
Use data and analytics to understand reliability, growth patterns, and trends, making informed decisions to optimize products and sunset underperforming initiatives.
Inspire cross-functional teams to exceed expectations by fostering resilience, adaptability, and collaboration, particularly under tough circumstances.
Mentor and guide junior PMs, contribute to recruiting and organizational growth, and adapt your approach to meet the evolving needs of diverse stakeholders and scenarios.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically
Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion
Skilled in clear and concise communication across a matrix organization
Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
8+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $222,000-$333,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
