We’re looking for a HR Specialist to join the People team at Snap Ukraine.

What you’ll do:

  • Organizing and maintaining military records for conscripts and reservists at the company.

  • Timely updating of records based on documents provided by employees (military IDs, draft certificates, etc.).

  • Submitting information about newly hired and dismissed employees who are subject to military records to the TCP.

  • Preparing and submitting regular reports on the state of military records to the TCP.

  • Ensuring participation in inspections and audits conducted by TCP representatives.

  • Storing records and documents in accordance with legal requirements and the company’s internal instructions.

  • Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters

  • Influence and/or deploy practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction

  • Recommend, develop, and implement new HR processes as required to grow the business

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on military duty and military service.

  • Knowledge of Ukrainian labor law.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with a large amount of information and documents.

  • Attention to legal compliance: Ensuring that all actions and records comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Higher education (preferably in HR management, law, or administrative documentation).

  • Experience in HR administration and military records management is a must.

  • Knowledge of Fluent English and Ukrainian.
