The Protective Services Organization is responsible for providing a safe, confidential and secure environment for Senior Executives -- while constantly embodying our values of Kind, Smart, and Creative. The scope of this team stretches internationally and includes residential security; event and venue security; secure transportation; protective intelligence; travel security, site advance security planning, coordination and training.

We’re looking for a Residential Security Driver to join our team!

What you’ll do:

• Reporting to the Detail Leader, you will provide safe and secure driving operations to and from designated destinations

• Collaborate with other Protective Services team members to provide exceptional security services

• Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements to ensure executives arrive safely and on time

• Execute daily operations with the highest regard of customer service, confidentiality, and professionalism

• Advance and communicate to Protective Services leadership and partners significant developments associated with your movements

• Conduct ongoing threat and risk analysis while reviewing the daily schedule and projected itinerary

• Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required to support day to day operations

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication

• Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends to adapt to our 24/7 operation, to include working a rotating schedule to support operations

• High resiliency, with the ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment

• Basic experience with computer based technologies

• Deep knowledge of the city streets within the greater Los Angeles area

• Exceptional attention to detail, situational awareness and observation skills

• Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality

• Ability to adhere to the Protective Services team standard operating procedures and guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of law enforcement experience

• Valid California Concealed Weapons Permit

• Valid BSIS Guard Card

• Valid BSIS Exposed Carry Permit

• Valid California Driver’s License

• Current CPR and Basic Life Support First Aid certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• EMT license preferred

• Law enforcement officer with a background in executive protection

Compensation:

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

• Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $37.50 - $52.50 USD an hour
