Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Associate to support our Launch Business Development activities. This entry-to-mid level position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the space industry while contributing to business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about space technology and commercial launch services.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct detailed market research on potential customers, competitors, and industry trends in the launch services sector.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers and business opportunities through various research methods and databases.

Proposal Support: Assist in preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for potential customers and partners.

Customer Relationship Management: Support customer engagement activities, maintain CRM systems, and track interaction history.

Data Analysis: Analyze market data, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

Administrative Support:Provide administrative support for business development activities including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities.

Industry Monitoring: Track industry developments, regulatory changes, and market opportunities relevant to launch services.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related roles; aerospace/space industry experience preferred but not required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.

Research Skills: Strong research and analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information.

Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
