Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Skyroot Aerospace, you will be part of a dynamic team working on breakthrough aerospace projects and space missions. You will receive hands-on experience across various domains, collaborate with leading engineers and scientists, and contribute to India's private space sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, development, analysis, and testing of advanced aerospace systems, products, and technologies.

  • Support project teams with technical modeling, simulation, and documentation based on your area of study.

  • Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing results of engineering test campaigns and manufacturing processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve engineering problems and optimize processes.

  • Adhere to quality and safety standards throughout project execution.

  • Maintain technical records, reports, and data for review and audit.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • BE/B.Tech (2025 pass-outs), or equivalent degree from any engineering stream (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Computer Science, etc.)

  • No prior experience required; freshers and final-semester students who can join full-time onsite after graduation are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong technical fundamentals and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in engineering software/tools relevant to your discipline (e.g., CAD, simulation, coding, etc.) is preferred.

  • Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
