Job Summary

The Office/HR Administrator is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate enjoys providing great service and is able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be a self-starter, exceedingly well organized, resourceful, and flexible.

SiTime Finland Oy offers flexible working hours with possibility of part-time work.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that SiTime Finland is a comfortable and productive place to work – from managing facilities and vendor relationships to making sure our snacks and supplies are in stock, etc.;
  • Welcome visitors and incoming calls in a professional manner;
  • Manage office shipments and deliveries;
  • Set up conference calls, meetings (on-site and off-site), presentations, etc.;
  • Provide new hires with the badge, parking permit etc.;
  • Assist travel management;
  • Assist financial accounting with local partners;
  • Align company HR guidelines with local practices;
  • Coordinate with landlord on safety
  • Manage correspondence and documentation as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an office coordinator or manager within a small to medium-size company;
  • BA/BS Degree or above;
  • Strong knowledge of English

Desired Characteristics & Attributes:

  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize while providing quality customer service to employees;
  • Good communication skills
