Job Summary

  • Full accountability for business and engineering success at a set of defined, high priority customers in a particular geography
  • Driving a thorough understanding of the customers’ business in order to create a long-term engagement strategy and execution plan
  • Winning new design opportunities for SiTime products to gain share against competition
  • Establishing key, value-based, collaborative relationships with the customer to drive differentiated and unique positions for SiTime solutions
  • Execute on a growth strategy that results in step function revenue (10x growth over 5 years) and market share growth

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of SiTime execution within the targeted customer base
  • Understanding the customers’ business includes but is not limited to;
    • Thorough knowledge of their position in the market and longer-term outlook
    • Areas of investment and competitive hurdles
  • Work collaboratively with internal constituents to define and execute an account strategy that establishes value for SiTime solutions, creating long-term differentiation within the customer
    • Collaborate with business unit partners to ensure the financial impacts are aligned
  • Identify, cultivate and capture all design-in opportunities for SiTime solutions
    • Understand the customers system architecture and sub-system implementation
    • Have a deep understanding of our competitors solutions and tradeoffs
    • Identify all available project and device opportunities and prioritize these effectively
    • Work with business unit partners to uniquely position SiTime solutions and advantages
    • Proactively communicate future program requirements and potential gaps in order to make appropriate changes to the plan
  • Cultivate a broad, dynamic and thriving set of strong relationships at the customer spanning all functions and levels in order to develop an ecosystem of support for our engagement plans
    • Identify all key influencers and decision makers as well as their historical biases and a risk mitigation plan to address these biases
    • Understand how all potential influencers relate to one another; map these relationships out well in advance with a plan for how to proactively address them
    • Establish relationship mapping and plans for each of these key individuals
    • Be able to influence the thought process internally and externally with key individuals, making them part of our solution in order to drive advocacy
    • Drive partnership dialogue at executive levels to develop creative and unique longer-term business models for growth
  • Able to quickly and effectively negotiate all required aspects of the business engagement
    • Leverage resources, as necessary, internally and externally, for successful execution
    • Manage this across all levels of the company, internally and externally
    • Work with the internal business units to meet the business objectives for all parties
    • Align with the customer to drive pre-alignment on expectations, navigate through complexity of competing or conflicting interests to find middle ground
    • Anticipate objections and develop contingency plans to manage and address these
  • Manage all financial aspects of the customer engagements
    • Execution of program timeline with on-time delivery of SiTime devices
    • Timely and accurate forecasts aligned with the customer outlook
    • Assessment of inventory as an element of this forecasting process
    • Realtime communication with distribution and EMS partners to solicit accurate data
    • Work in tandem with Worldwide sales partners for forecast alignment
  • Drive effective communication across the entire organization at all times
    • Proactive and timely communication on any/all potential changes to the program
    • Full understanding of all details pertinent to these changes and reasons behind them
    • Anticipate and communicate all potential implications to SiTime

Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included):

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent industry experience

Base pay is one part of SiTime’s Total Rewards Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and
