How You’ll Make An Impact
The Senior Director of Ad Product Marketing leads go-to-market efforts for our Advertising Product & Technology organization. This role is critical in ensuring launch readiness, crafting compelling product narratives, and driving commercial success across our advertising portfolio. As a senior leader, you will own the development of product positioning and messaging, define performance metrics for new ad products, and guide sales teams on how to communicate product value to customers. You’ll also collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Strategy teams to build momentum with brand-direct clients and agencies.

You’ll also collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Strategy teams to build momentum with brand-direct clients and agencies.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute Proof of Concepts in collaboration with Product and GTM to deliver high performing ad use cases to the market and execute go-to-market strategies for new advertising products and features.
- Define and operationalize launch readiness processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with Product Management to shape roadmaps based on market and customer needs.
- Create product messaging, pitch decks, one-pagers, pricing intel and training content to support revenue teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for customer-facing teams, delivering compelling narratives that articulate value.
- Build feedback loops between Sales and Product to refine offerings and surface market insights.
- Define success metrics for product performance post-launch and establish dashboards for tracking. Partner with analytics teams to monitor adoption, usage, and ROI of advertising solutions.
- Report out on business impact, learnings, and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to grow brand-direct deals.
- Support strategic deal development with insights, case studies, and vertical-specific narratives.
- Help shape monetization strategies aligned to customer goals and advertiser value.
- 12+ years in product marketing, advertising technology, or go-to-market leadership roles
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, data-driven targeting, and measurement
- Proven success in launching B2B/B2C ad products and leading cross-functional GTM initiatives
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to translate technical features into customer-centric value
- Experience working with commercial and product teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics and attribution models
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Experience in media, ad tech, or digital platforms (e.g., streaming, CTV, mobile, or retail media).
