We are proud to be launching a new state-of-the-art technology facility in Dublin, Ireland. The Dublin-based team will play a critical role in our continued digital transformation and will function as a center of excellence for SiriusXM’s global Product and Technology organization.
SiriusXM’s new Dublin facility will comprise a workforce primarily focused on software development, automotive technology and engineering, AdTech, data science, and analytics. Talent based in the new technology hub will be charged with developing and implementing best-in-class standards for high-quality, scalable software deliveries for SiriusXM’s streaming and in-vehicle audio entertainment platforms.
How You’ll Make An Impact
This role will be a key partner for our sales and marketing organization to drive towards our trial conversion goals through the use of data driven analytics to tell meaningful stories to aid our business partners in their decision making. The Marketing Analytics team at SiriusXM is a highly valued group within the enterprise and we work as close partners with various business owners to drive the company toward success.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point person and thought leader of analytic and data insights for trial conversion.
- Partner with the conversion marketing team to understand drivers, both internal and external of customer subscription activity across key segments in the sales funnel.
- Maintain and automate analytical tools and reports for evaluating performance of customer listening behavior, customer response, conversion, and conversion revenue.
- Monitor trends and key metrics and provide proactive insight with the marketing and analytics teams to identify areas for marketing improvement.
- Support dashboards, ad-hoc reports and analysis that measure performance. Dashboards and analysis will be used to measure and drive decisions around our Key Performance Indicators which will directly impact subscriber revenue.
- Develop strong understanding of SiriusXM transactional, marketing, and operational databases and be an expert in identifying best data sources for analyses.
- Perform data quality audits to maintain and assure data integrity.
- Integrate required source data to provide deeper understandings on customer behavior and other segmenting opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, math, economics or equivalent, relevant experience, advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience as a consultant or an analyst, marketing, financial, economic, valuations preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Thorough Knowledge of SQL, Python familiarity a plus
- Comfortability operating with large datasets and extracting insights and/or recommendations from the data
- Strong Tableau dashboard development skills or equivalent experience in similar BI tool
- Databricks experience a plus but not required
- Salesforce experience a plus but not required
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and partner with colleagues at all levels.
