How You'll Make An Impact

SiriusXM is seeking a self-motivated, passionate, and self-starter Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to join the Automotive group. We are a team of expert marketers committed to driving in-car and streaming trial awareness for customers buying SiriusXM-equipped vehicles through our OEM partnerships and Dealer Programs which plays a vital role in SiriusXM’s subscriber growth.

What You'll Do

This role reports into the Senior Director, Digital Automotive Marketing and will support digital marketing efforts and ongoing projects, largely focused around B2C and B2B websites (both SiriusXM and partners) and digital tools. This role will manage our eLearning program, newsletter development, website content and social media to support trial education, both through the OEMs and Automotive Dealers. This role has heavy project management responsibility and requires the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Day-to-day project management and support for automotive digital marketing projects, as directed. This will include, but is not limited to, ongoing development and maintenance of:
    • Automotive Dealer Portal
      • Utilize Wordpress CMS to create and update content (e.g., copy, images, tip sheets, videos, etc.) for dealer portal, working with account and marketing teams to address any automotive changes including new launches, model year updates, etc
    • SiriusXM presence on automotive partner websites
      • Audit sites as needed to identify areas needing updates
      • Produce assets (guides, copy, graphics, etc) for automotive partners to make updates for brand and positioning changes
    • Automotive partner presence on siriusxm.com
      • Work with digital experience team for siriusxm.com updates, including detailed ticket submission and comprehensive QA to ensure accurate updates
    • SiriusXM Dealer social media presence
      • Develop B2B social media calendar and content, leveraging SiriusXM channels and creating rich assets when possible
      • Contribute to growth strategy
    • Automotive newsletters
      • Develop monthly including researching and gathering content, assets, links and testing
      • Work with internal stakeholders on any necessary versioning and approvals
    • SiriusXM Dealer eLearning
      • Maintain dealership database with add/changes both on learning management system and offline record
      • Monitor and respond to elearning inbox inquiries, including researching and troubleshooting issues, working with vendors, etc
      • Create and send monthly performance report to internal stakeholders
      • Work with 3rd party vendor on course revisions
  • Manages projects, including asset creation, from concept through launch, whether through in-house departments or with 3rd party vendors
  • Performs other duties as assigned
What You'll Need

  • 6+ years of experience digital marketing/interactive experience managing websites/landing pages, social media, newsletters and content development
  • Bachelor's degree with focus on marketing or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • Strong Project Management Skills, attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a highly fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive: You’re a self-starter who is energized by the opportunity to run initiatives end-to-end with full ownership. You volunteer assistance without being asked.
  • Strategic thinker: Makes good decisions based upon analysis, experience, and judgment; offers appropriate solutions and suggestions.
  • Expert digital marketer with strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices. Brand marketing, partner and/or channel marketing experience helpful.
  • You have a creative streak: You have a keen eye for detail and appreciation for good creative. You’re familiar with copy & design best practices and know how to champion creative quality.
  • You’re a Facilitator: You are acutely aware of all the moving pieces and collaborate well with other groups to execute.
  • Process-Oriented: Ability to get things done through existing production processes, as well as the vision/initiative to help establish new processes and improve existing ones to improve efficiencies.
  • Engaging and highly effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills that cultivate relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Commitment to “internal and external clients” and customer service principles. You have the ability to operate independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • General understanding of Car Electronics, Home Electronics or Mobile Devices.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive
  • Experience with content management systems (Wordpress)
  • Experience with analytics software, including Google Analytics and Adobe.
  • Photoshop skills a plus
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
