How You’ll Make An Impact

We are looking for an expert, systems focused Senior Product Owner, GTM Tools & Applications. This position will be part of Business Solutions System team, responsible to contribute Sirius XM/Pandora’s strategic initiatives on Sales CRM platform used by Ad-Sales organization that generates $1.5B annual revenue. The right individual will be a key contributor to the overall Salesforce Delivery & Operations team with a focus on driving business value & efficiencies for end users using Sales tools/Applications. You are passionate about enhancing Ad Sales business stakeholder satisfaction and revenue generation through the creation and evaluation of tool modifications, technologies and processes that improves our Ad sales and Ad sales operations. What You’ll Do

At a high level, this role will manage and serve as the product owner of the existing Sales Technology Stack like ZoomInfo, Ringlead, DRIFT, SalesLoft, Winmo, MediaRadar, and Vivvix. Maximize ROI for sales tools by identifying business needs, tool gaps, hold vendor accountable and manage vendor performance including business various Metrics, Quarterly Business Reviews, roll out new functionality as a part of upgrade cycles. Also dedicate 20% of your time as a Salesforce performing oversight & guidance to 1 or 2 offshore Admins to do day-2-day support.

  • Product ownership of existing sales tools in our sales Tech stack (ZoomInfo, Ringlead, DRIFT, SalesLoft, Winmo, MediaRadar, and Vivvix). You will spend your 80% time responsible to -
    • Understands end-2-end functionality of the tools, configurations involved & how tools are used in QTC sales processes as a part of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
    • Engage with Ad Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations leadership to evaluate and identify new tools that would enable their teams to increase Ad Sales revenue as well as operational efficiencies.
    • Drive & manage new application onboarding as well as existing application sunset process by working with project manager and Salesforce technical team when needed.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and practices, new tools used in Ad Sales processes. Learn functionality of new tools after on boarding
    • Drive improvement process by translating business requirements into technical requirements and collaborating with application vendors and Salesforce delivery team to determine the best-case application design and configuration.
    • Document functional and non-functional requirements, functional design documents, data flows and architecture diagrams, test plans and process documents.
    • Perform Configuration during Application onboarding or as an ongoing improvement.
    • Be a liaison between business stakeholders & application vendors to facilitate Vendor Quarterly business reviews (QBR), vendor roadmap, various business metrics from vendors, user training needs.
    • Hold application vendor accountable to provide expected ROI through vendor performance management.
    • Manage new enhancements or features rollout available through regular upgrades for Sales Tools

  • About 20% of time spent on Salesforce Administrative oversight:
    • Provide oversight to solve day-2-day support issues by providing guidance to couple of offshore admins and make sure there is no negative impact of the changes.
    • Perform light configuration work in production if needed.
    • Perform quarterly salesforce release review & recommendations.
    • Support change control best practices, including the management of user requests/approvals and promoting changes to production.
What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering from a top tier college or university
  • Minimum 5+ years in an analytical role (e.g. as a Certified Product owner, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Business Analyst) in a fast-paced enterprise environment that used Salesforce CRM and any Sales Applications
  • Experience working with online or mobile advertising systems or Sales Tools and understanding of the media sales, sales marketing or advertising Quote-to-Cash process highly preferred.
  • Understanding of as many sales productivity tools such as ZoomInfo, Ringlead, DRIFT, SalesLoft, Winmo, MediaRadar, and Vivvix or any other industry tools used
  • 3+ years of working experience in software development lifecycle & Agile/SCRUM methodology
  • Experience working with advertising systems or applications and understanding of the media Ad sales, Ad sales marketing or advertising Quote-to-Cash process highly preferred.
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and interpret business and technical requirements.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and QTC processes would be preferred.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards is a MUST.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently & consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills with an emphasis on customer first attitude
  • Team player with positive and engaged personality. Ability to work well with a high level of autonomy & trust.
  • Working understanding of Jira or any other change management tools
  • Having Certified Scrum Product owner certification is a plus.
  • Salesforce Lightning Knowledge, Salesforce Administrator Certifications is a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $110,000 to $165,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
