Senior Product Designer - (employer: Sirius XM Radio Inc.; job location: Atlanta, GA) - Participate in interaction design, visual design, prototyping and user testing the frameworks for powerful frontend tools for artists and the music industry to create new content, as well as the interfaces for our listeners to experience them. Work with members of Design and Product Leadership to understand strategy and shape experience. Understand and collect data needed to make informed design decisions. Deliver high-quality, on-time designs that consider cross-functional requirements. Present work to Senior Leadership in Product, Engineering and Marketing, clearly communicating design rationale, process and decisions while collecting feedback. Requirements: Master’s in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or closely related field, and six months of experience in the position offered or a user experience (UX) design role. All required experience must have included designing complicated products and features to guide team initiatives; developing end-to-end design including ideation, wireframing, user research, full production and prototyping; understanding user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and web and mobile platform design guidelines; collaborating with cross-functional partners to translate user needs into consumer user experiences; and using Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Suite, Google Slides, Keynote, and component-based design systems and responsive design techniques.
