How You’ll Make An Impact

SiriusXM is seeking a Senior Manager, Product to lead our efforts around the tooling to empower our Programming teams to deliver our rich and differentiated content to our streaming subscribers. This role will work closely with our Programming creative stakeholders to infuse technology strategically by leaving room for the creative and human process. The most successful candidate has a bias for action and is curious, open-minded, strong relationship building skills and collaborative.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap and requirements for SiriusXM Programming tooling
• Work closely with your squad partners to understand current state as well as future goals and constantly align your objectives with theirs
• Partner and collaborate within the product organization to understand the desired subscriber experience and plan the necessary capabilities to enable those experiences
• Deeply understand business considerations, competitive landscape, and product development best practices to deliver initiatives in a timely manner
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 5+ years of product management work experience
• 3+ years of experience in the streaming media space
• Strong product management background with demonstrated success supporting digital products
• Engineering or technical background with a strong ability to understand and interface with engineering on a daily basis
• Customer-first orientation and strong passion for delivering information and content in service to customer needs
• Ability to absorb and synthesize complex and ambiguous requirements, organizing them into structured requirements and user stories
• Ability to prioritize cross-initiative requirements in service of organizational goals
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  
  

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $122,000 to $185,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
