Location: Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa

Job Purpose:

Source, attract, and select top talent to meet our organisation’s long-term goals and global needs and ensure compliance with employment equity regulations.

Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers to identify talent gaps.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Manage the talent acquisition process.
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Use next-gen solutions to drive talent acquisition.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract talent and promote our company as an attractive employer.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management

Required Experience:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the engineering sector.
  • Sound knowledge of the South African Labour Laws.
  • Proficiency in using social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations and decision-making (business acumen).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Proven success in previous positions
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
