Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to the CEO. This is an onsite position located in Merritt Island, FL.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and executive-level correspondence.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reports.
- Support board meetings and leadership meetings, including materials preparation and note-taking.
- Act as liaison between CEO and executives, internal departments, clients, and external partners.
- Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and operational initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required Education and Experience
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within a tech or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
- Experience working in a startup or scaling tech company.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Concur, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong research skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve independently, and prioritize competing demands.
- Professional, polished, and adaptable demeanor.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handing sensitive information.
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
