Reporting to the Sr. Director, PX HRBP, Aircraft, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Sr. Director Customer Operations, and work alongside functional and regional HR leaders through a period of growth and organizational transformation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and operationally savvy leader who thinks globally, influences with credibility, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You know how to simplify in the face of complexity and build systems that scale. You are purpose-driven, resourceful, and grounded in a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
In this role, you will collaborate across the People Experience organization to support both functional and regional business needs. You’ll help shape a culture that attracts, develops, and empowers exceptional talent—enabling teams to make meaningful impact every day.
This role is based in our location in Frisco, Texas. If you’re energized by creating differentiated employee experiences and using data-driven insights to guide people and culture strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Shape and execute the global talent strategy for the Deployed Operations, Flight Test, and Customer Success function —translating business goals into integrated, scalable people strategies and initiatives that accelerate business growth and deliver results
  • Partner with executives as a trusted advisor, coaching and developing leaders to build high-performing, learning-driven teams and a culture of innovation.
  • Act as the strategic connector between business units, HR Centers of Excellence, and regional teams—ensuring talent programs and solutions are aligned, data-driven and impactful as they are deployed strategically into various client organizations. Monitor results and work collaboratively to address gaps.
  • Leverage insights and analytics to track organizational health and culture, diagnose challenges, and design agile solutions that fuel business success. Use data driven diagnostics tools and processes to develop solutions to continuously improve org effectiveness.
  • Champion our culture and values, ensuring they remain a competitive advantage in how we attract, engage, and retain top talent globally.
  • Embed diversity, inclusion, and belonging into every people process, creating an environment where every employee feels seen, valued, and empowered to perform at their best.
  • Elevate leadership capability through succession planning, organization/role design, and high-impact leadership development programs that prepare us for scale. Ability to work with leadership on highly sensitive employee matters.
  • Drive change and transformation by informing, influencing, and communicating people strategies that connect seamlessly across global teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Security, and other partners to deliver aligned, efficient, and compliant business outcomes.
  • Lead as part of the People Experience and HRBP Leadership Team, driving enterprise-level initiatives and shaping the evolution of our global People function.
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer to lead our HR transformation—designing a global service delivery model that delivers integrated People Experience services and solutions into international regions while balancing speed, innovation, and operational excellence
