Are you passionate about creating a smooth and meaningful employee experience? Join our People Experience (PX) Operations team—a high-impact group dedicated to supporting every stage of the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. As a PX Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in shaping how new team members are welcomed and how employee data is managed with precision and care. You'll collaborate closely with PX leaders to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently, making a real difference in the day-to-day lives of our employees.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the onboarding process by collaborating with hiring managers to secure prompt documentation and deliver a seamless, inclusive experience for all new hires—including external labor and international employees.
  • Facilitate offboarding by proactively communicating with managers and departing employees to ensure a smooth transition, while overseeing documentation, maintaining compliance standards, and managing all necessary offboarding processes.
  • Maintain HRIS by updating employee information, processing organizational changes, performing regular audits for data accuracy, and generating reports to support business transformation.
  • Prepare and submit federal and state mandated filings—including EEOC, VETS-4212, Census Bureau, and others—in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Administer LOA requests by ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, providing timely, compassionate support, and maintaining clear communication with affected employees.
  • Managing the Worker’s Compensation program (L&H and DBA components)
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive process clarity and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Process employee changes across systems to facilitate organizational updates and support overall business transformation.
  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support by managing the PX Ops and Benefits inboxes, responding to VOE requests within 24 hours, and following up on pending inquiries and action items.

Required qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources operations or related field
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations
  • Reporting and data auditing experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Hands on experience with HRIS and Timekeeping systems
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, flexible and able to adapt to change
  • Well-developed critical thinking and ability to independently dig into questions and find solutions
  • You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others TT
Full-time regular employee offer package:
Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
Temporary employee offer package:
Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)
Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
