ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent who bring our ambition to life. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead and support recruitment activities across India, with occasional involvement in global hiring initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless and high-quality hiring process. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs, build strong relationships, and develop strategic recruitment approaches within your assigned area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- Responsible for full cycle technical recruitment and end to end management of open requisitions across critical roles up to manager level; including hiring manger kick off calls, creating and posting job ads, proactive candidate search, applicants screening and interviewing, candidate feedback and stakeholder communications, offer management, initiate onboarding and BGV along with support on Agile sprint processes and projects.
- Work closely with hiring managers, setting a clear way of working in partnership with clear lines of accountability throughout
- Successfully manage up to 20 open recruitments simultaneously ensuring time is successfully managed and roles are worked according to priority level and effect on overall business objectives for SES
- Manage roles in ATS real time, abide as per audit & compliance pre-requisites
- Laser focused on networking across business units in India to learn more about the work they do, starting to map out the profiles they will be interested to hire and becoming the go-to PoC in TA for specific hires
- Building subject knowledge around Satcom within SES, how we are using it, why it is important and where are the gaps for the business where we need to hire
- Upskill yourself, grow network and knowledge to understand the capabilities not only within these direct teams at SES, but work to identify other business units where talent could be upskilled into the roles, start to focus on internal mobility
- Build diverse talent pools in SAP Success Factors and Linked In that support the business objectives within your specialist area and champion these profiles to hiring managers
- Preparing candidate offers ensuring market conditions, Hiring Manager’s input, and internal equity are carefully considered
- Negotiate offers with candidates involving relocation, visa and other complex elements ensuring communication is clear though the hiring process to ensure for a successful close for SES
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Track record as a skilled recruiter or head-hunter, support multiple business functions and a high volume of roles from entry level to management level – min 15 roles at a given time
- LinkedIn & Naukri headhunting experience for a min of 7years
- Excellent understanding of India talent pool, skill availability, market analysis expertise
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant recruitment experience in technology hiring - Software, Engineering, Operations, Support functions
- Good to have: ATS (Success Factors) & Data Reporting skills
