Senior Manager, AI Hub
The incumbent will lead the AI Hub, a central unit focused on accelerating the company’s AI journey and delivering measurable business value. This role is critical in aligning AI efforts with strategic goals, bridging executive vision and technical execution. The incumbent will drive high-impact projects that enhance efficiency, service quality, and innovation across the enterprise.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- The AI Hub leader will be responsible for the strategic direction, management, and execution of AI initiatives across the organization.
- Leading the AI Hub to accelerate AI adoption and deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborating with various departments to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact AI use cases.
- Driving the development and deployment of AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Establishing robust governance frameworks to ensure the success and compliance of AI projects.
- Building and leading a multi-disciplinary team of AI experts.
- Managing strategic relationships with external AI vendors, research institutions, and industry partners.
- Fostering a culture of AI literacy and continuous learning across the organization.
- Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the business impact of AI initiatives.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

10+ years in AI or data science, with 5+ years in leadership roles

Proven success in delivering impactful AI projects

Experience leading AI Centers of Excellence or similar functions

Strong grasp of data governance and EU AI Act compliance

Excellent project and team management skills
