Junior Specialist, Policies & Process Management
The Junior Specialist, Policies & Prrocess Management’s responsibility will be centered around the administration of setting up and managing the governance of policies and processes across SES in collaboration with other team members of the Transformation Office. This team is crucial to enable company-wide standardisation of policies, process, and related best practices.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- Collaborate with all the departments in the organisation to setup policy and process governance, and ensure they are all compliant with the “Policy of policies”
- Support other teams by playing the Quality Assurance role for policies and procedures to ensure policies and procedures are well documented and maintained
- Create, setup and maintain a Document Management System to enable the management and control of policies and procedures across the company
- Ensure that companywide policies and procedures are correctly linked and maintained within the Process Collaboration Hub
- Develop documentation and training material to help leaders in the organisation understand when and how policies and procedures are required
- Collaborate with other process team members to ensure process information is well defined and documented
- Define and drive cross-functional initiatives that support the process transformation journey of SES
- Decompose and structure complex sets of information to support internal stakeholders clarifying what should be considered process, policy and/or procedure

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Finance, Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience working on Policies and Procedures
- Good experience setting up Document Management Systems
- Strong background understanding and defining policies
- Knowledgeable or willing to develop process modelling skills
