Sedaro is hiring a Project Coordinator Intern to support the day-to-day execution of modeling and simulation software R&D and implementation projects to customers.

  • Team: Engineering, reporting to the Director of Programs
  • Location: In person in Arlington, VA

Sedaro is hiring a Project Coordinator Intern to support project execution by maintaining schedules, tracking tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance documentation is complete. This role involves coordinating logistics, assisting with resource allocation, and providing administrative support to project managers.

What You'll Do

  • Expand your impact over time, taking on Deputy Project Manager or technical project management responsibilities as you demonstrate readiness
  • Maintain schedules, notes, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with tracking tasks and deadlines using project management tools
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, deliverables, and resources
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and ensure documentation accuracy

Requirements

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, Engineering or related field
  • Demonstrated interest in Aerospace & Defense, startups, or federal procurement
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Task Tracking tools for documentation, reporting and communication
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in schedules, reports and compliance documentation
  • Clear and concise communication skills to coordinate logistics and provide updates to team members and stakeholders
