Overview
Sedaro is hiring a Growth Intern to support our mission of expanding partnerships with the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, key prime contractors, and commercial space companies.
- Team: Growth, reporting to the CEO
- Location: In person in Arlington, VA
- U.S. Citizen or permanent resident status required

What You’ll Do
- Assist in reviewing and writing government proposals, white papers, and responses to RFIs
- Research and qualify leads across USAF, USSF, NASA, and commercial space
- Organize and maintain internal BD documentation and proposal libraries
- Participate in strategy meetings and provide input on proposal structure, competitive intelligence, and capture strategy
- Support prep and logistics for industry events and customer meetings
- Draft and edit customer facing materials such as capability statements and pitch decks
- Collaborate with technical teams to effectively translate capabilities into compelling content

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Government, Engineering or related field
- Exceptional written communication and organization skills
- Demonstrated interest in Aerospace & Defense, startups, or federal procurement
- Ability to take ownership of projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
