As we accelerate the development of AI, we’re investing in the growth of our team and looking for an Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders across the CFO, Data, Technology and Systems teams. You will act as a strategic partner who can ensure our leadership stays focused on high-impact goals while you handle the complex logistics, internal communications, and project management that keep the wheels turning. We’re looking for someone who can anticipate and adapt to leaders’ needs, act quickly in the event of any changes, and operate autonomously or with limited direction.

The base salary range for this full-time position in the location of San Francisco is:
$151,200—$189,000 USD

You will:
- Help to support the day to day of 2-3 members of the leadership team
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for the team, including coordinating meetings, managing requests, and prioritizing commitments
- Book travel including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Handle high-level administrative tasks such as email management, expenses, document preparation, and team administration
- Build strong relationships with other Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, and other internal partners
- Coordinate and plan team initiatives and activities (e.g.Team All Hands, off-sites, team social events, etc.)
- Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the tech or AI industry
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in working flexibly and adapting to changing priorities, with multiple stakeholders involved
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and the ability to learn new software quickly
