We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to plan, manage, and streamline day-to-day operational activities supporting the development of our high-resolution Earth Observation payloads. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional workflows, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely execution of operational tasks across engineering, procurement, and program teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational processes within hardware development environments, with the ability to manage schedules, monitor task dependencies, and maintain accurate documentation. They will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, and support the efficient delivery of mission-critical milestones while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and execution.

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Operations Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. This is a hands-on, ground-level role that keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly — from vendor follow-ups and facility coordination to running errands and supporting internal teams. No technical background is required; what matters most is your drive, communication skills, and ability to get things done.
Qualifications
● Any graduates [BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, or equivalent]
● 1-3 years of experience in organizing events, getting things done on the ground.
Must have:
● Experience managing or assisting with tech fests, college events, or corporate events is a strong plus
● Fresh graduates with ~1 year of relevant experience (including internships or college-level event work) are welcome to apply
● Well-organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
● Comfortable with fieldwork, errands, and hands-on coordination tasks
● Strong communication skills — written and verbal in Kannada and English is a must. Proficiency in Kannada is essential — you will interact regularly with local vendors, facilities staff, and building coordinators in Bangalore
● Familiarity with Bangalore geography and the local vendor ecosystem is an advantage
Good to have:
● Prior experience as an office coordinator, admin executive, or Tech fest/event management in colleges. ● Existing relationships with vendors in Bangalore or anywhere in India.
