Assistant Manager - Marketing

We’re looking for an energetic Assistant Manager – Marketing who can drive event-led brand visibility and foster meaningful stakeholder relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute directly to the growth of a deep tech brand.
You will lead planning and execution of key events, manage marketing operations across channels, and act as a critical link between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Event Management
- Strategically identify events aligned with SatSure’s business goals.
- Own end-to-end event operations: calendar management, stakeholder coordination, vendor payments, and budgeting.
- Maintain an event tracker and share post-event reports with insights and key metrics.
Social Media & Content Management
- Manage social media channels for SatSure by drafting content, coordinating approvals, and publishing across platforms.
- Ensure consistency as per the brand voice and tone.
- Share monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Website Oversight
- Conduct quality checks and maintain SEO hygiene (meta tags, descriptions).
- Coordinate with web vendors to update pages (events, products, company updates).
- Deliver monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B event marketing or marketing operations.
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to work across teams.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience in managing corporate events or conferences.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Effective communicator who can collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
