About the team
The Accounts Payable team is responsible to accurately track vendors’ balances, and process properly approved payments. This includes collecting tax information from suppliers, processing T&E reimbursements, processing vendors’ invoices and payments in the ERP.and managing petty cash.
Our mission is to make timely vendor payments, maintaining accurate data and nurturing positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

About the position
This role will work within the Accounts Payable Team supporting administrative and operational activities for various group entities. Ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in a corporate environment.
Location
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant, to work in our offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Responsibilities
- Review and post invoices as well as payments’ postings in our ERP.
- Receive, process, verify and allocate invoices due for payment in an efficient and timely manner.
- Load payment instructions into the bank web sites for further approval and release.
- Send payment notifications to vendors.
- Verify tax calculations related to purchase invoices and provide supporting documentation to accounting for reporting.
- Respond internal and external stakeholders’ inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Perform weekly and monthly bank and credit card account reconciliation.
- Review, send for leader’s approval and post employees’ Expense reports.
- Handle, reconcile and post petty cash related transactions.
- Perform other duties, including but not limited to disbursements, processing transactions, preparing journal entries, and other accounting responsibilities as required.
About you
Experience
- Experience in withholding taxes processes is valued
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and ERP experience is valued
- 1 to 2 years experience in AP or administrative roles is valued.

- University student in related areas (i.e: Business Administration, Economics, Accountancy)
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactiveness and autonomy
- Strong organizational and planning skills, time management and attention to detail
- Information collection and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Capacity to learn continuously and passion for pushing the limits.
- Advanced English proficiency levels.
