Job Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead and build out our implementation of Salesforce across multiple internal teams. In this role, you will be the responsible party for design, planning and implementation of capabilities used across our Business Development, Delivery, Repair Depot and Support organizations.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to identify reasonable migration paths from the current state to target architectures
- Collaborate to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
- Work closely with various teams across Business Development, Repair Depot, Service, Mission Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance to define and implement elegant, scalable and sustainable technical solutions using Salesforce technologies, with a focus on adhering to industry standards, best practices and quality code techniques
- Lead all members of a project in implementing your design including review of development artifacts to ensure solutions adhere to platform and architectural best practices
- Experience migrating data between relational tools and Salesforce, using ETL tools such as Data Loader, etc.
- Lead integration partner work to stand up, configure and deploy Salesforce modules to support Saronic’s sales, delivery, asset management, service, warranty and preventative maintenance programs
- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in partnership with stakeholders
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and support for internal Salesforce users
- Proactively identify and report data trends or potential data problems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
- 4+ years development experience with Apex, Visualforce and Salesforce
- Experience in managing and maintaining master data
- Ability to create architecture documents covering all functional and non-functional requirements
