About the role:

We are seeking a Supply Chain AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of AI-driven products across end-to-end supply chain processes. This role sits at the intersection of business, data science, and technology, translating supply chain problems into high-impact AI solutions that improve forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.

You will own the product vision and roadmap for AI capabilities across areas such as Advanced Supply Chain Planning ( demand sensing, supply planning, inventory optimization), order management, Procurement and decision automation, partnering closely with Supply Chain operations teams , X-functional business technology teams, Data Science, and Finance teams.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in our Bangalore office and 2 days working remotely. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role. This position requires working hours in the IST time zone.

In this role, you will:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for supply chain use cases
  • Identify high-value opportunities where AI/ML can drive measurable business outcomes
  • Prioritize features based on ROI, feasibility, data readiness, and user impact

AI Use Case Development

  • Translate supply chain challenges into clear AI problem statements and product requirements
  • Partner with internal teams to design, validate, and scale ML models
  • Guide experimentation, pilots, and MVPs to move from conceptual ideas to production-ready AI products.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the POC for AI products across E2E Supply Chain Space
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on data pipelines, integrations, and MLOps
  • Drive adoption by working closely with business users, change management, and training teams

Execution & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, explainable, and aligned with governance and compliance standards

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, cycle time, and automation rate
  • Monitor model performance and business impact post-deployment
  • Continuously refine models and features based on feedback and data insights

Minimum Requirements for the Role:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Design to Release, Forecast-to-Plan/Build, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
  • Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics products
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical global stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to overlap with NA working hours for collaborative tasks.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools along with strong documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with keen attention to detail.

An Ideal Candidate Also Has:

  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) or Advanced Planning Systems (E2open, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, o9).
  • Experience with Large Language Models and core ML concepts (forecasting, optimization, classification, anomaly detection,etc).
  • Experience with data platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field
