Salary Range: $100,480 - $120,000 (LTI Eligible)
How You Will Make an Impact

401(k) Operations and Administration: Manage day-to-day administration of the 401(k) plan, ensuring accurate contributions, compliance with all regulatory requirements, and annual 5500 audit support. Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to optimize the 401(k) program.
Leave Management: Oversee company-wide leave programs (including FMLA, disability, and other statutory leaves) ensuring consistent application, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Proactively address any issues and continuously improve the process to support employee well-being.
Payroll Support: Assist our payroll department with bi-weekly payroll processing as it relates to withholdings associated with benefits.
Ad Hoc Projects and Strategic Support: Take ownership of various ad hoc projects within the total rewards space as needed, providing strategic insights and solutions for new initiatives, unforeseen challenges, or evolving business needs. Ensure flexibility and adaptability in addressing dynamic priorities and supporting cross-functional teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
