Your mission
Reporting to our VP of Commercial Operations, your mission is to coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Product teams to bridge the gap between product development and market demand, ensuring that our offerings resonate with customers and meet their evolving needs and achieve a competitive advantage.
You will play a pivotal role across functions and levels in order to make critical connections across the company, driving and own the successful launch and adoption of our connectivity solutions.

You will enable the various routes to market across the verticals and regions, with the messages and materials to help drive higher sales, both directly and indirectly, via the channel partner base.

This includes:
1. Market Research and Insights:
  • Conduct thorough market research, in collaboration with Strategy, to understand industry dynamics, trends, and customer preferences
  • Identify target segments and buyer personas within the connectivity space
  • Gather insights on competitive products, pricing strategies, and market positioning to ensure correct positioning of our own GTM offering
2. Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a cohesive GTM strategy
  • Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that align with customer pain points and aspirations
  • Own and manage customer segment and persona definition and value proposition creation for target audiences
  • Develop launch plans, and distribution channels in line with Pricing Strategy to ensure consistent approach to routes to market
3. Content Creation and Storytelling:
  • Create consistent, compelling narratives that resonate with our audience
  • Develop high-performing content, including product collateral, sales presentations, and sales enablement tools for internal and external use which are regularly updated ensure there is a consistent message
  • Ensure that our messaging is customer-centric and addresses real-world challenges
  • Build and manage content for customer communication and engagement for products along the buyer journey
4. Product Positioning and Differentiation:
  • Work closely with Product Management to define clear positioning for our offerings in the context of the markets we operate
  • Highlight unique features, benefits, and use cases. Ensure that our products stand out in a crowded market
5. Launch Execution & Progress Tracking:
  • Coordinate product launches, ensuring seamless execution across channels
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Measure the success of GTM initiatives and iterate based on feedback
  • Assist with overall portfolio offering / solution mix and prioritization of innovation and strategic product direction
What you bring on the table
  • Proven experience in GTM strategy, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration preferably in the business to business communications industry
  • Agile mindset with excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can work collaboratively to solve problems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Desirable, but not essential, experience managing and developing a team

About us

Rivada Space Networks is deploying the first true “OuterNET™”: a global low latency point-to-point connectivity network of LEO satellites. By connecting our satellites with lasers, we will provide resellers and B2B customers with the ability to securely connect any two points on the globe with low latency and high bandwidth. The constellations, comprising 600 low-earth-orbit communications satellites, will represent a fundamental change in the availability of secure, global, end-to-end enterprise-grade connectivity for Telecom, Enterprise, Maritime, Energy and Government Services markets. Rivada Space Networks is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rivada Networks, Inc.

Rivada is working with Terran Orbital to manufacture and SpaceX to launch our satellites. The deployment starts in 2025 with full-service launch in 2026.
